Hotel Management Specialist
Hotel Management Specialist (m/f/d)

In addition to a structured training program, we offer you the opportunity to get to know all departments of our hotel and will support you with our knowledge and experience. As a modern training provider, we place a high value on quality training to develop motivated, dedicated, and talented young professionals who will go on to build successful careers as future employees at ScanHotels! What exactly are you learning during your training?

What You’ll Learn During the Training Program
During your apprenticeship at ScanHotels, you’ll gain experience in all areas of a modern hotel—from the front desk to the kitchen to event management. You’ll develop expertise in guest relations, service, product knowledge, cost analysis, communication, and organization.
Through weekly training sessions, you’ll deepen your knowledge—for example, in public speaking, project work, or sales. Cross-departmental insights, exchange programs, and DEHOGA championships offer additional perspectives. This is how learning becomes personal growth and an apprenticeship becomes a future.
*For the Accounting and Technology departments, there is an elective requirement in the third year of the apprenticeship.
