During your apprenticeship at ScanHotels, you\u2019ll gain experience in all areas of a modern hotel\u2014from the front desk to the kitchen to event management. You\u2019ll develop expertise in guest relations, service, product knowledge, cost analysis, communication, and organization.Through weekly training sessions, you\u2019ll deepen your knowledge\u2014for example, in public speaking, project work, or sales. Cross-departmental insights, exchange programs, and DEHOGA championships offer additional perspectives.
